Returns and Refunds Policy (UK)

We hope you love your Skinlyk purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied,  you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason.  To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind:

  • Items must be unused, unworn and in their original sealed packaging

  • Products must be returned in a resalable condition

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns can only be accepted in accordance with the above conditions

We offer an extended returns period of up to 30 days from delivery, subject to the same conditions above.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@skinlyk.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue. Where an item is faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law, and a reasonable postage cost refunded

After registering your return, you must send the item back to us using either your own tracked postal service, our prepaid Tracked 48 returns label, charged at £3.25

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days from receipt of goods returned.  If more days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@skinlyk.com. 

A handling fee of 10% of the returned value will be deducted from your refund for change of mind returns, excluding faulty returns items.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or shade, please return your item for a refund and place a new order

Your statutory rights 
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
