Shipping policy

Skinlyk offers shipping services for domestic orders in the United Kingdom (UK) 

Order processing and verification typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch

In accordance with UK consumer law, we will deliver your order within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or a person nominated by you. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping Issues and Claims

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not arrive, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible by emailing info@skinlyk.com with your order number and any relevant details or photographs. We may ask for reasonable information to investigate the issue with the delivery carrier.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided by the customer at checkout, we may be unable to recover the parcel and this may affect our ability to offer a replacement or refund. 

Shipping Protection

We do not offer optional shipping protection services. This does not affect your statutory rights, and nothing in this policy limits our responsibility for delivering your order in accordance with UK consumer law.
